I grew up in the Navy, living and traveling internationally, and across various parts of the U.S. That upbringing built something in me early: the ability to adapt quickly, lead across difference, and make order out of chaos. Seven years in marching band sharpened my leadership and my ability to see the full picture, large-scale logistics, hundreds of moving parts, no margin for error.
At a new school, I tried out for a play and that was it. I juggled being on and off stage before finding my place behind the scenes, where the logistical and the creative collide. Once I graduated, I kept moving toward management.
I've spent my career across regional, Off-Broadway, and touring productions, from immersive theatre and large-scale immersive events to new works development and the classics. I know how these worlds work creatively, operationally, and financially. Adding an MBA was the next logical step: I wanted to close the gap between artistic vision and financial reality. I operate at the intersection of the two, and I make sure the money and the creative vision don't just coexist, they push each other forward.
